The culinary delicacies made from regional ingredients with a pinch of sophistication in the Blüchers, Orangerie, Schlosstafel, Genusswerkstatt and Bar 1842 restaurants are impresssive. Some of the ingredients used come from the hotel's own agriculture.
The SCHLOSS Spa sets new standards for relaxation and vitality with the oxygen sauna, unique in Germany, and the MicroSalt room, the only one in northern Germany. Various indoor and outdoor saunas, a Kneipp walk and numerous relaxation, beauty and medical spa treatments as well as the only "WellActive Tour" in Germany, round off the varied offer. Anyone who wants to get active, can get excited about the challenging 18-hole SCHLOSS golf course, among other sporting activities. Four other golf courses, a driving range with floodlights and 200 tees, the Golf Academy by Sven Strüver and a ProShop complete the extensive golf offer. One of the largest tennis facilities in Germany is also in the immediate vicinity of the SCHLOSS. It includes four indoor and six outdoor tennis courts, two squash courts and a center court with floodlights. The nearby Fleesensee is an Eldorado for all kinds of water sports.
